Myselfdha Karri built the Copeo Timesheet Submission/Approval app as a student hobby project/application. This application is currently provided by Copeo Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, an Indian software company at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Service.

If you choose to use the Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that the app collects is used for providing and improving the Service. Copeo Software Solutions will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note: The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Copeo Timesheet Submission unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

1.0 Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, the app may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Clock in, out times to be submitted for the employer/manager. The information that the app requests will be stored in a secured server and will not used by the app developer/the compant (Copeo Software Solutions) in any way. Your manager/employer can see the data but cannot modify it. For example, the time that you have submitted.
Whenever the app refers to employer/manager/time-approval-user, it refers to the user who approves the timesheets. Employee/time-submission-user refers to the user who submits the time to his manager. The app is built to provide a helping hand to the employer/manager/employee and does not process any payroll information that needs to be submitted to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service)/concerned tax department(s). It is the sole responsibilty of the manager/employer/employee to handle/report any such pay/time related information to the IRS and adhere to the government tax rules and regulations. The app/developer cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. This app has been designed to be used for quick time-tracking purposes. The app has features to add hourly pay information to help the employer/manager/submitter see the total amount for quick and handy purposes only.
Using this app means you have read,understood and agreed to the privacy policies, terms and conditions as here in this document/website.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This app does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

Currently, only the developer owns this product. Any sort of development or maintenance is done by the developer. However, Copeo Software Solutions may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: -To facilitate better service; -To provide the service on our behalf; -To perform service-related services; or -To assist me in analyzing how our service is used.

Copeo Software Solutions want to inform users of this app that any third parties, if involved will not have access to your Personal Information.

Copeo Software Solutions value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Copeo Software Solutions have taken the best measures to protect the data. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and Copeo Software Solutions cannot guarantee its absolute security.

3.0 Children’s Privacy

The app is made for workers/employees > 18 years of age. The app does not address anyone under the age of 13. Copeo Software Solutions do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case Copeo Software Solutions discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, Copeo Software Solutions will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@copeo.app that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Copeo Software Solutions may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Copeo Software Solutions might notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
